Our online coaching includes personalized training plans, nutritional guidance and ongoing support to help you achieve your goals. It also includes a weekly check-in with adjustments as needed, as well as contact via WhatsApp and email at any time.

How is the training program customized to my goals and fitness level?

We create personalized programs based on your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs or preferences you have.

Do you work with an application for online coaching sessions?

We don't use a dedicated app at the moment, but we're working on it. For now, we communicate via WhatsApp and send all training and nutrition plans, as well as updates, via email.

How do I stay in contact with my personal trainer and how often can I expect communication?

You can communicate with your coach via WhatsApp, email, or scheduled video calls. We conduct regular check-ins to make sure you're on the right track.

Can I adjust my training plan if my goals or circumstances change?

Absolutely! Your training plan can be adjusted at any time to align with your evolving goals or lifestyle changes.

How do I know if this program is right for me?

What happens if I travel frequently, for example for work? Can you offer a flexible program?

That's why we offer flexible programs that adapt to your schedule and location, allowing you to continue training and maintaining your progress no matter where you are. Plus, we provide advice and assistance in finding the right nutrition during your travels, helping you stay on track.
